Hello, I'm Charlotte. I'm a nature lover, freedom seeker, personal development junkie that loves working with women to help them achieve their health goals! I have been on my own holistic health journey for the past 5 years, overcoming binge & emotional eating, losing 10kg and learning to love myself and body along the way. We will first conduct a nutrition / diet and habits audit to see where you are at now. Then we will set your health goals and get clear on where you want to go. Then we will establish the healthy habits that will help you achieve those goals and I will be here to keep you accountable and support you on your journey. We will also uplevel your thoughts and beliefs so you can start embodying the mindset of a holistically healthy goddess.
