About Chika

Design/ Relevant Course Work:
• At Heriot Watt I designed a web application in Javascript, Ajax, Html and PHP for a prominent project for online survey ( Spoken Dialogue System ).
• Designed an E-Learning software package for calculation of decision theory techniques.
• At Aridhia contributed to a project design of Ontology app (In specific a shopping basket using local storage and WebUI popover) in node.js, Mongodb and Jade template.
• At Aridhia designed a chat application using Socket.IO
• Cucumber testing and Regression testing
• Very good Knowledge of GIT version control, Teamcity, Artifactory.
• At Aridhia contributed to a project (Web analytics app) known as Dataset library app, used for collection and data analysing. I took active part from start to finish of getting both different versions and displaying it, Search button, upload button, the registration page and validation (Designed in Node.js, Jade, Mongodb)
• At Aridhia contributed to a project design of some part of our Analytics Agility in the following areas:
• ETL development of SFTP (secure file transfer protocol) using Ruby on rails, Backbone.js, handlebars template, and SCSS.
• Took active part in sprint planning, sprint review, project administrations etc.
• Major bug fixes ( some design problems), familiar with Hadoop console and Rserver
Trainee Experience:
• Learnt basic knowledge of OOP C# and PHP
• Started and completed a User Experience design in PHP, MYSQL, AJAX

About the lesson

Am a PhD research student in the department of computer and information sciences. I have excellent knowledge of PHP, CSS, Databases, Python, Html, Node js. I teach undergraduate at my free time at university of strathclyde.

Methodology: via online or face to face (home visit). Flexible in choosing time for lessons. Just tell me the topic you want me to concentrate on and I will be there for you.

Characteristics: Am a patient tutor but will still be able to cover my set time tables when I should. In other words, I will give you more home work and try ons to get you the desired knowledge that you require.
