About Quan
Hi! I’m Quan, an international student coming from Vietnam who went to the UK to pursue higher education. In real life, I’m quite an easy-going person who likes to help people around me, especially with complex and abstract stuff. Basically, you can say that I like to make people’s life “easier”, and when it comes to teaching, I help people realise that Maths is not hard at all; everybody can learn it. I will do my best to persuade you of that, and also with some sense of positivity and willpower along the way!

My teaching style focuses on helping you understand Maths intuitively and develop problem-solving skills naturally! I believe these skills would also help you not only academically but also apply to every decision you make on a daily basis. Lessons are usually 1-2 hours long, totally depending on how you want to pace yourself! Sixth Form/High School students aiming for A*/A/B - higher grades in general - would benefit the most from my lessons. Some of my qualifications (to prove that I’m quite okay at Maths!): A* A* in Maths, Further Maths when studying Fast-track (1-year) A Levels. Gold Award (Best in School) Senior Mathematical Challenge - 125/125 points. Distinction (Top 25%) British Mathematical Olympiad Round 1. Gold Medal World Mathematics Team Championship (WMTC) 2018 (you can actually check it - at the Intermediate Division)
