About Arya
I am 1st year student currently persuing my B.A in political science. During this lockdown I've joined an Ngo where we work for underprivileged kids there i help them with there lockdown mental health. Also i myself in a very tender age lost my mother and fought with depression for 3 years. Mother's loss failed toxic relationship so i know with my personal experience i can help teenagers with their stress management. As no one was there to guide me . So i know how it feels to be alone.

My methodology is to let the person pour his/her heart out, as most of the people just want to Outburst their stress and want a lister. Then in a very positive way I'll let them know where they did the mistake and share my life experience to motivate them...As how I've managed my stress. The plus point is i myself is 19yrs old ,so i can connect with people easier
