About Angie
I switched to a plant-based diet 6 years ago after over 35 years as a carnivore foodie. At first I was just eating plant-based 'junk food' for lack of knowledge mostly. I knew there had to be a better way to eat plant-based. I come from a Jamaican home with lots of delicious dishes, unfortunately many were classically un-vegan! I was on a mission to satisfy my love of flavour but in a plant-based and all-round healthier way. I am a health and wellnesss fanatic and my personal fitness and energy levels are very thankful for it too!
You don't have to sacrifice flavour or nutrients when eating plant-based and I'd love to show you how.
