About Mila
I earned a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Vocal Studies and have spent the last 5 years helping singers develop technique, confidence, and musical expression. My passion for singing began through live performances, collaborative music projects, and years of vocal training. Teaching gives me the opportunity to share that passion while helping students reach meaningful goals. Watching learners discover their capabilities continues to inspire me. Every student brings a unique voice and perspective to the learning process.
My teaching philosophy is based on encouragement, patience, and individualized support. I believe every singer can improve with the right guidance and consistent effort. Lessons are adapted to each learner’s strengths and challenges while maintaining a clear path for development. Technical skills are taught alongside artistic expression so that students understand how both elements work together. This creates a supportive environment where progress feels achievable.
Outside teaching, I enjoy songwriting, exploring different vocal traditions, and attending live music performances. These experiences inspire my lessons and help me stay connected to the artistic side of singing. Watching students achieve goals they once considered difficult is deeply rewarding. I strive to create lessons that are engaging, motivating, and effective. My goal is to help learners build confidence and joy through music.

My singing lessons focus on helping students develop a strong and healthy voice while discovering their own artistic identity. Learners work on breath support, vocal placement, resonance development, pitch control, phrasing, articulation, and performance skills through structured and engaging activities. I encourage students to understand how technique supports expression so that they can communicate emotion effectively through music. Lessons combine technical growth with creative exploration, creating a balanced and enjoyable learning experience. This approach helps students build confidence while improving consistently.
Every student receives a lesson plan tailored to their individual goals and musical interests. Activities may include vocal exercises, song interpretation work, confidence-building performance practice, breath awareness training, and expressive storytelling through music. Students seeking greater emotional connection to songs are encouraged to explore meaning, intention, and artistic choices. Personalized feedback helps learners refine their skills while staying motivated. This individualized approach supports lasting improvement and stronger performance ability.
My goal is to help students feel comfortable and confident every time they sing. As vocal skills develop, learners gain greater freedom to express themselves creatively and authentically. Lessons encourage persistence, self-awareness, and artistic growth. Every achievement contributes to stronger vocal ability and confidence. I want students to enjoy the process of discovering their unique voice.
