About Pietro Pagliai
Hello! I am a violin student in Mexico City. I started studying violin when I was 4 years old and I have been learning and falling more and more in love with the violin for almost 15 years. Also, I have studied music theory for 11 years along with other subjects such as harmony and counterpoint, as they are essential for a deep and complete musical learning. Finally, I have participated in several instrumental and choral ensembles in which I have had the opportunity to learn to listen and understand the other.

I believe that the most beautiful and rewarding thing about playing the violin is the learning process because each time you acquire new pieces for your great musical puzzle. This is why my way of teaching humanistic-affective since I like it to be a fun and positive process, and, at the same time, disciplined and respectful.
Classes will be held remotely (online) and, depending on the student, the working method will be established because not all students learn in the same way and the last thing I want is to create a negative environment. As for the class material, it will work the same way; that is, it will depend on the level of the student and their needs. Finally, I believe that music theory, or solfege, is a subject that goes hand in hand with learning the instrument because it is important to understand the language that is expressed through it.
