About Marina
My love for the violin began through an appreciation for its expressive sound and artistic possibilities. I completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance before earning a Master’s Degree in Violin Performance. Over the past 8 years, I have guided students through different stages of their musical journeys.
I believe strong teaching combines patience, encouragement, and attention to individual needs. My teaching style focuses on helping students understand technique while building confidence and musical awareness. Every learner receives personalised support designed to help them succeed.
Outside teaching, I enjoy chamber music, orchestral performance, and studying violin repertoire from different periods. These experiences enrich my lessons and provide students with valuable musical perspectives. Helping learners grow as musicians continues to inspire and motivate me every day.

My violin lessons are designed to help students build strong technical skills while developing confidence and musical expression. Topics such as intonation, bowing control, rhythm precision, shifting, vibrato, sight-reading, articulation, and performance preparation are taught through structured exercises and carefully selected repertoire. I focus on helping learners develop a balanced approach to technique and artistry.
Each lesson is customised according to the student's current level and musical goals. Beginners work on posture, coordination, and foundational techniques, while advanced learners refine musical interpretation and technical precision. Consistent practice strategies and supportive feedback help students achieve steady progress.
I create a calm and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable exploring their musical abilities. Progress becomes more rewarding when learners experience both technical improvement and artistic growth. My goal is to help students become confident violinists who enjoy performing and learning.
