About Wren
My passion for violin began with a deep appreciation for classical music and expressive performance. I completed a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance and have 5 years of teaching experience. I have worked with students of different ages and levels, helping them build confidence and strong technical foundations. Teaching violin allows me to combine discipline with artistic expression.
I enjoy helping students develop both technical accuracy and emotional expression. My teaching style is structured but flexible, allowing steady growth for each learner. I focus on clear explanations and step-by-step guidance. Every lesson supports musical and personal development.
Outside teaching, I continue practicing and exploring violin repertoire. These experiences help me bring freshness and depth into my lessons. Watching students grow into confident musicians is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

My violin lessons focus on helping students develop strong technical ability while expressing music with confidence and emotion. I teach posture, bow control, finger placement, intonation, shifting, vibrato basics, tone production, rhythm accuracy, and musical phrasing. Each concept is explained in a clear, step-by-step way so students can understand and apply it easily. Lessons combine technical training with expressive musical development.
Students are guided based on their level and goals. Beginners focus on open strings, posture, simple finger patterns, and basic melodies. Intermediate learners develop shifting, tone control, vibrato, and expressive playing. Advanced students work on interpretation, performance preparation, advanced bowing techniques, and repertoire refinement. Students preparing for exams or performances receive structured practice plans. Continuous feedback ensures steady progress.
Learning violin requires patience and consistency. My lessons create a calm and supportive environment where students can improve at their own pace. As skills develop, learners become more expressive and confident performers. My goal is to help every student enjoy the learning process while building strong violin skills.
