About Nina

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance and have 7 years of experience teaching students of varying ages and skill levels. My teaching philosophy focuses on developing technical ability, musical expression, and stage confidence in a supportive and nurturing environment. I aim to help students explore their musical potential while building solid technique and interpretive skills.

Lessons are structured according to the student’s level and objectives. Beginners work on fundamental techniques and simple repertoire, intermediate learners refine phrasing, articulation, and stylistic interpretation, and advanced students tackle complex compositions, ensemble performance, and recital preparation.

Each session includes exercises, repertoire work, and personalized feedback to ensure consistent growth and confidence. Outside of teaching, I perform regularly, study diverse repertoire, and explore modern pedagogical methods to enrich my lessons. Helping students grow into technically skilled, expressive, and confident musicians is the most fulfilling part of my career.

About the lesson

My violin lessons are designed to help learners build solid technical skills while exploring expressive musicality. Students practice proper posture, bow control, finger placement, intonation, scales, arpeggios, vibrato, and phrasing. Each lesson balances structured technical exercises with repertoire practice, improvisation, and interpretive development to ensure comprehensive growth. I foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel motivated, confident, and free to explore their musical voice.

Lessons are tailored to the student’s skill level and goals. Beginners focus on foundational technique, basic notation, simple pieces, and hand coordination to establish a strong base. Intermediate learners refine intonation, bowing, articulation, and musical phrasing while learning more challenging repertoire. Advanced students focus on complex pieces, expressive interpretation, performance preparation, and ensemble work. Constructive feedback, guided exercises, and interactive tasks are provided in every session to ensure steady progress and deeper understanding.

The ultimate aim of my violin lessons is to nurture confident, skilled, and expressive musicians. Students gain the ability to perform with accuracy, emotional depth, and stylistic awareness. Each lesson combines disciplined practice, creative exploration, and careful guidance to ensure a fulfilling and rewarding musical journey.
