My teaching focuses on understanding rather than memorisation. I use clear explanations, worked examples and guided practice to help students understand how and why concepts work.
I mainly teach primary and junior secondary students, and I tailor each lesson to the student’s level, schoolwork and goals, whether they need to strengthen their foundations, prepare for assessments or get ahead.
Lessons are typically 1 hour, with a balance of explanation, practice and independent questions.

As a peer and somewhat student of Zimo, I can say with UTMOST certainty that he is a great maths tutor. He is not only very knowledgeable in the field of mathematics but also one of the kindest, most patient tutors you will ever meet. Whenever I need help regarding a maths or music topic ( he is also an incredible musician ), he explains it clearly and is always interested in actually making sure I understand what I need to be learning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Zimo is always enthusiastic about helping others, and I think that’s why he will do great things here, there and everywhere.
