About Lucy
With 13 years of tutoring experience, I teach French to high school and college students. I have guided 150–200 students in developing strong language skills and academic confidence.
My teaching philosophy focuses on simplicity and encouragement. I believe learning French should not feel stressful. I explain lessons step by step and give enough practice for better understanding.
I customise lessons based on each student’s needs and academic goals. I assist with exams, coursework, and language improvement. I also monitor progress and provide helpful feedback.
A key achievement in my teaching career is seeing students improve their results and confidence. Many students now enjoy learning French. My aim is to help students succeed with clarity and comfort.

I customise lessons to match each student’s learning style, pace, and goals, ensuring steady improvement. Collaboration is encouraged through interactive dialogues, role-plays, and communication-based activities that develop fluency and confidence.
I teach with patience and understanding, supporting students throughout their learning journey. Along with French language instruction, I also teach grammar, vocabulary development, pronunciation and phonetics, reading comprehension, writing skills, conversational French, cultural awareness, and exam-focused learning.
