About Sofie
I am a 25 year-old newly graduated veterinary surgeon, originally from Denmark but now living here in the UK. I’ve been tutoring and teaching both individually and in classrooms for 7 years, and I absolutely love it! I apply creative ways of learning to the things that are most difficult, so we can work on a greater understanding of biology together. After graduating, I decided to take a few months for myself, my puppy, and to spend more time on one of my favourite things: teaching!

I’m a strong believer in learning types. Every person learns best in a specific way, and it’s not always their teacher/lecturer fits that learning type! My method is to first figure out how you learn well, and then find new ways to look at it, based on what you like doing. The easiest way to learn is when you like what you’re doing!
