About Sunhoo

Hi guys! I am Sunhoo and currently studying veterinary medicine at the University of Edinburgh. I am here to help with vet school preparations such as personal statements and interviews.

About my background, I am from Korea so I speak Korean at a native level as well as English. During high school, I had a chance to do IGCSE and A-levels. Back then I was actively involved with the mentoring programme because I enjoy helping people who need advice.

In our first session, we can try to get to know each other more and see what we can do to prepare you for vet school!

About the lesson

Preparing for vet school can be quite tough and stressful since it is not just about submitting a personal statement. I am here to help you with all the concerns you have as I was also once in such a position.

The lesson I provide will be either personal statement advice or helping with the interviews that are tailored to each university.

For checking personal statements, I will thoroughly read through yours before the session and we can work through what it can be improved. Also I can give you many other tips for your personal statement to stand out!

With interviews, each university has a slightly different interview format so I will be there to prepare for each of them. I will give you specific feedback on your answers to the questions and we can try to practise in differently phrased questions to make you more comfortable to be in an interview setting. I can also provide plenty of resources that I collected during my interview preparation.

Perfect! It was wonderful to vet school interview preparation! Sunhoo prepared for tutoring really well. She always tried to recognize and offer the lesson I wanted with precious comments.
