About Shane

I am a veteran teacher who has taught at the elementary, high school, and college levels. I currently serve as a Composition/ELA teacher and an EL Coordinator. I have a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Language Arts/Social Studies.

About the lesson

My target audience for my language arts lessons are elementary through middle school students. My reading, writing, and grammar lessons focus on engaging the learner in the content, making connections to interests and learning preference, so that it becomes memorable, and addressing any concerns along the way, in an effort to provide a positive and effective ELA learning environment.
