About Winner
Hello, I'm Winner. I love teaching because I enjoy sharing my knowledge and understanding of mathematics with others. In high school, I had a strong grasp of mathematics and noticed gaps in understanding among my peers. Recognizing this, I knew I could guide them to a better understanding of various math concepts. I also really enjoy teaching functions and geometry because they can be easily visualized, making them more understandable and engaging for learners. With my background and passion for mathematics, I am committed to helping learners overcome their challenges and achieve their academic goals. My approach is professional, patient, and suited to each learner's unique needs, making sure they gain confidence in math.

My method is to understand how the learner learns, for example when I work with a student who struggles with geometry, I first assess their current understanding and identify specific areas of difficulty. I then create a personalized learning plan that includes visual aids, hands-on activities, and a very understandable software to help the learner better understand geometric concepts; this is because geometry is a visual concept and seeing is believing :)
One of the other methods I use is storytelling, to bring the point home; I believe that if stories can be remembered and understood .... then linking mathematical reasons can also be remembered and understood.
lastly, once a method has been understood, I know that practice and repetition help reduce mistakes and increase accuracy.
