About Harold
As a child, I must admit, I didn't like school. So when I became a teacher, I decided I would try and be the best teacher any kid ever had. I like to make learning fun, otherwise it can get boring and uninteresting. Sometimes it's great to make a game out of what we are learning. I love sports and music as well. Work hard. Play Hard. And most importantly, feel good about yourself!

I understand that students have different ways of learning. We often have to modify the way we present curriculum and make it fun and meaningful. I have even written a book series to help students and teachers facilitate reading and writing.
My approach is to be personable & funny and to create motivating learning scenarios.
My speciality is children in Grades 3-6. I have tutored adults as well.
