I'm an MA graduate, with qualifications in Drama and Performance Studies as well as Gender Studies and Media and Cultural Studies. I have 18 years of experience as a lecturer and tutor, and a good experiential track record with academic research supervision. I am a teacher who believes that learning should be both challenging, and fun! I like to work to student's strengths in order also to challenge any perceived 'weaknesses'. I believe that knowledge is power, and so as a rule, I encourage reading and research across broad areas of engagement, in order to draw out intersecting engagements within an interdisciplinary context.
