About Daiffry
Hello! I'm Dai, a very creative and dedicated Venezuelan teacher. I have between 2 and 5 years of experience tutoring both languages and other subjects for children and young adults. I have worked or volunteered in schools in Venezuela, hotels in Aruba, and clinics in the United States, which makes me quite accustomed to and fascinated by the cultural exchange. My interests include fashion, anime, gaming, cosplay, lifestyle, travel, culture, languages, finance, accounting, business, and cooking :)

I like to teach in a graphic and personalized way to make your learning process dynamic and fun by including elements of pop culture, science, anime, fashion, travel, entertainment, etc. Class structure: Welcome and review! (10 minutes): A quick game to get to know each other and activate the brain, such as "Guess the word" with images related to classic cinema. Song or tongue twister with the key words from the previous lesson. New content! (20 minutes): Using images, short videos, or creative presentations, new vocabulary and grammar are introduced in a visual and attractive way. Online activities or games to practice what has been learned, such as crossword puzzles, word searches, or completing sentences. Conversation and culture! (20 minutes): We will practice simple conversations about the class topic, using the vocabulary learned. Discussion about series, movies, or songs in Spanish related to the topic. The student will create a small project related to the topic, such as a drawing, a presentation, or a verse. Reinforcement and farewell! (10 minutes): Review of the key points of the class. A short exercise to practice at home. Farewell. Week 1: Greetings, farewells, and introductions. Week 2: Numbers and shopping. Week 3: Food and restaurants. Week 4: Traveling and vacations. Week 5: Describing people and places. Creative presentations: Canva, Google Slides. Interactive games: Kahoot, Quizizz. Online resources: YouTube, Spotify, web pages with Spanish exercises. I am a very dedicated and creative teacher, I will always do my best so that we can understand each other and that all the knowledge you gained stays permanently in your memory :) My classes are aimed at people of all ages and levels. However, I do not have certification or experience in teaching people with special needs.
