About Nihar

Hi!
I'm Nihar and I graduated school in 2023 with a 90+ ATAR. Currently, I'm studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne.

I have been tutoring VCE students for the past 2 years, and I'm very passionate about helping students reach their goals. I understand how stressful Year 12 can become, so my aim is always to help reduce that stress by making you feel more comfortable about the subject.

As someone who was able to score high, I can tell you that success in VCE is not about luck or the school you go to, but about the effort you put in to prepare yourself for each SAC and the exam.

Trust me when I say that while this year may feel daunting, the feeling of achieving your goal at the end of the year is unmatched!

About the lesson

As someone who has graduated fairly recently (2023), I understand exactly what students go through in Year 12 and the kind of support they require.

Whether you require help on current material taught at school or want to get ahead, I've got you covered!

Having tutored extensively for the past 2 years, I appreciate that every individual has different requirements, and my tutoring sessions are all about personalisation.

During each 1 hour lesson, we will:
- go through any doubts/questions regarding content
- discuss new content or strengthen core topics
- work through some past exam questions for early exposure
- discuss efficient study techniques

During my own time in Year 12, I have tried and tested almost every study technique, and I'll share them with the student to figure out which one suits them the best.

My lessons also have a focus on exam-style questions, as I believe the earlier you are exposed to such questions, the easier it will be when you actually have to sit the exam.
