About Susanna
I am a student currently studying a Bachelor of Communications majoring in public communications. I come from a medical background as immediate members of my family specialize in areas such as medicine in general practice, psychology, and psychiatry. I have been offering tutoring support in a variety of areas to my peers during high school and university. Moreover, for three years, I participated in volunteer work as a teacher's assistant working with primary school children with developmental disabilities.

I’m a very friendly, energetic, and positive person that is very easy to get along with! My lessons are geared towards students looking to improve their social skills and ultimately become more confident in their social endeavors. The structure of my lessons will be very accommodating to the preferences of my students. I wish to create a comfortable and entertaining learning environment wherein I can offer useful guidance about how to communicate effectively in difficult situations to ultimately diffuse any issues of conflict whether they be internal or external. Hence, it is very important that I listen to my students' experiences to gain a well-rounded understanding of the situation.
