About Poh Yean
I have around 1 year experience teaching English and Maths to primary and secondary school students. I am able to both tutor one-to-one and a few students at once (by virtue of having been a tutoring assistant at a learning centre. My students' grades have improved under my mentoring and they have also shown more enthusiasm in coming to class and learning.

I believe that every student can tremendously improve in whatever they are trying to learn given enough meticulous and precise guidance. I try to target the student's general weaknesses in the subject in order to achieve as much improvement as possible. My design of the lesson structure will thus also be wholly catered to the particular student as well.
