About Charles
I have worked in after school program helping out students with their homework and teacher's lesson that day for at least 3 years. I have been an Environmental Education Intern at Guadalupe River Park Conservancy for a year in college, and am currently in the Science Single Subject Education Program to teach secondary students biology.

My teaching method is based around what the student needs for success. How I approach this is to first see where the student's understanding on the subject is. Afterwards I will conduct a lesson which will break down and explain the lesson concept to the students. Multi-media sources such as videos will be used as accessible resource to help students review and reinforce that knowledge. Some questions will be used as homework, but also small projects that allows creativity and flexibility will be used to allow students to show off their skills and what they learn.
