About ALI MARDAN
I am an unregistered Barrister qualified from Lincoln’s Inn, having completed the Barrister Training Course with distinctions in Oral Advocacy and Legal Drafting, reflecting a high level of competence in both written and practical skills. I hold two LLM degrees, including an LLM in International Banking & Finance Law, in which I achieved a distinction in Corporate Governance, and an LLM in Criminal Law, supported by a merit in my dissertation on Corporate Manslaughter. My academic background is complemented by a strong focus on practical application, allowing me to teach complex legal concepts in a clear, structured, and exam-focused manner. I provide tailored tutoring in legal drafting, civil and criminal litigation, advocacy skills, and postgraduate research and dissertation methodology, helping students build confidence, achieve strong results, and meet the rigorous standards expected in barrister training and postgraduate legal study.
