About Reid

My teaching methodology for singing is centered around five key principles: flexibility, positivity, diplomacy, accountability, and approachability. Flexibility is crucial in my lessons; I adapt my teaching style to meet each student's unique needs and learning pace. This way, every student can feel comfortable and engaged, whether they are beginners or more advanced singers. Positivity plays a vital role in fostering a supportive environment. I encourage students to embrace their strengths and work on their weaknesses with a can-do attitude, celebrating small achievements to build their confidence and passion for singing.

Diplomacy is essential in communication. I listen to my students’ ideas and concerns, ensuring they feel heard and respected in our sessions. Accountability is important for growth, as I help students set achievable goals and take responsibility for their progress. This encourages them to stay committed to their singing journey. In addition to singing, I can also teach relevant subjects, enhancing my students' overall understanding of music. Together, we will explore music theory, performance techniques, and more, creating a well-rounded educational experience.
