My Approach as a Korean Tutor
My teaching philosophy goes beyond simply delivering language knowledge; I believe in adapting my lessons to each student's unique needs. Since earning my certification in 2015, I've had the privilege of teaching a wide range of students, from 8 to 60 years old, and from various backgrounds, including those in Cambodia and Russia. This extensive experience has equipped me with the skills to create a personalized learning plan that is both effective and engaging for every student.
My Teaching Method and Key Strengths
My lessons are flexible and designed to meet the student's specific goals. A significant strength of mine is preparing students for the TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) exam, especially those aiming for university admission. My years of experience and specialized resources have helped many students successfully enter their desired universities.
Personalized Curriculum: I assess each student's learning style, goals, and interests to develop a custom lesson plan and select the best materials for them.
Practical Application: My lessons focus on real-world communication, including conversation, pronunciation, and cultural context, to ensure students can use their Korean skills confidently.
TOPIK Specialization: I am highly specialized in TOPIK test preparation for university entrance. I also lead intensive Korean language camps during school breaks to provide students with a deeper, more immersive learning experience.
