About Brittany
My name is Brittany, and helping readers and writers is what I do best. With an MA in English, an MFA in Creative Writing, a freelance editorial business, and a publishing history, I am dedicated to furthering students' reading and writing abilities.
I'm involved extensively in my local writing communities, and I'm a college professor who spends most of my time teaching people how to read and write. It is my greatest passion and one that I would like to share with you. I also believe that all writers, regardless of writing proficiency or background, must have access to high-quality teaching and writing opportunities and individualized communication that works to strengthen their writing skills across the board through developing critical thinking skills and close reading across multiple genres. Literature and creative writing change lives, and I would be honored to show you how.
