With over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I've had the privilege of working with guests from all corners of the globe. This diverse exposure has not only broadened my understanding of different cultures but has also honed my skills in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
Throughout my career, I've taken on various roles, from front desk management to guest relations, where I've had the chance to interact with people from diverse backgrounds on a daily basis. One aspect of my job that I particularly enjoy is training new employees on how to deal with guests professionally and appropriately.
