About Denise
Hello, my name is Denise, and for as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by how our bodies and minds work, particularly the incredible ways in which our bodies repair and maintain wellness. In 2010, I faced a life-changing challenge when I became severely unwell with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It was a time when everything in my life seemed to fall apart. It was during this struggle that I realised healing often requires looking inward. It’s not always easy to do so alone, and that’s why I’m now passionate about helping others on their healing journeys. My mission is to ensure that no one has to face these challenges alone, and to support others in discovering the power within themselves to heal and thrive.
