About Khloe
I went through school loving sports, playing a variety of them. When it came time to select my GCSEs I chose PE and fell in love with the theory side of the subject. Which lead me on to college to study Sport & Exercise Science.
I went on to work in a Health Club where I got to work with children between the age of 3-11. After 3 years of building my experience, I decided to extend my knowledge and enrolled on to an undergraduate in Sport & Physical Education. During this period I worked in many schools, primary and secondary. What I enjoyed most was getting to understand different ways in which student’s learned.
Around this time I also became a first time mother, I decided to take some time out of my growing career to raise my baby. However unhappy with my postpartum weight gain I embarked on a fitness and health journey and it’s there that my passion for fitness grew, I completed my qualification in Personal Training and began teaching people how to stay fit and healthy. 8 years have now gone by and I absolutely love what I do, but at the root of it all, I love to teach. I have had the pleasure of building a group of locals in my community who gather to workout and bring their children as well, which brings to the present day.
