About Alisa
I’m Alisa, a Psychology graduate from the University of Bristol with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in teaching and mentoring. I’ve worked as a research assistant, peer mentor, and classroom assistant, which has provided me with valuable skills in lesson planning, adapting to diverse learning styles, and supporting students’ confidence and growth. Alongside my academic work, I’ve developed strong communication and critical thinking skills through mentoring, volunteering, and leadership experiences. I’m also fluent in English and Japanese, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge across different cultures and disciplines. Outside of tutoring, I’m a keen musician, runner, and snowboarder, always bringing energy, patience, and creativity to everything I do.
