About Ishani
With 4 years of experience in teaching and working in the field of Chemistry, I am passionate about helping students from school to college understand and enjoy this subject. I believe that Chemistry is all around us, and I love showing students how it connects to real life. Over the years, I have helped many students improve their grades and gain confidence in their skills. One of my proudest moments was seeing a student I guided win a science competition. Teaching is not just a job for me—it is my passion to inspire and support every learner to achieve their best.

My teaching methodology in Chemistry is based on flexibility, positivity, diplomacy, and accountability. I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to fit their individual needs and pace. I keep a positive attitude to encourage and motivate students, making learning chemistry less stressful and more enjoyable. Using diplomacy, I create a respectful and open environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing doubts. I hold myself and my students accountable to stay focused on goals like understanding concepts, completing assignments, and preparing well for exams. Besides Chemistry, I also teach related subjects, using clear explanations and real-life examples to make difficult topics easier. My goal is to build confidence and help students succeed academically and beyond.
