About the lesson

I utilize a student-centered, hands-on approach, combining active learning with real-world applications. I break down complex concepts into manageable steps and use visuals, interactive exercises, and real-life examples to make learning engaging.

Typical Lesson Plan:

Warm-up: Quick review of previous material or questions.

Main Content: Introduce new concepts with examples, explanations, and guided practice.

Application: Problem-solving or practice exercises tailored to the student's needs.

Wrap-up: Recap key points and assign targeted homework for reinforcement.

With 13 years of experience, including teaching middle school, high school, and college-level courses, I offer a holistic approach that covers subject matter and builds study skills and critical thinking. I focus on creating a supportive, results-driven environment where students feel confident and motivated.

I work with students of all levels, from middle school to college, particularly in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Study Skills, and College Prep. My lessons are tailored to meet individual goals, whether it's acing a high school exam or preparing for college-level courses. I also have experience tutoring elementary-aged students with all subjects.
