Payments upfront (can be as late as the start of the lesson), and cancellation results in a full refund. If required to travel to meet a student (socially distanced, of course), I will charge half of my travel fee (this generally shouldn't be more than a few pounds extra, and no travel fee charged if no public transport is used).
