About George

I am a recent IB graduate with a passion for teaching and helping students to achieve their full potential. I am aware that school learning environments can be difficult for some so private tuition is highly beneficial. I will work at whatever pace the student requires and always listen to their needs so that they feel comfortable and supported in this learning environment.

Typical lesson length of 60 minutes which includes explaining complex concepts and working through practice questions together
Teaching method tailored to student’s needs
Achieved grade 9 in maths, further maths and science
Two years experience tutoring in these subjects with students ranging from primary school to GCSE students
Lessons targeted at any level up to and including A level/IB

Corinne is a hard-working student with an interest to learn. She picked up the new mathematical concepts that I explained quickly and was able to implement these into the practice questions. Whenever she was unsure about something, she made sure to clarify it with me which is highly beneficial for her improvement. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my lesson with Corinne.
