About Sridhar

Hello, I'm Sridhar! I'm a mathematics student at the University of Toronto who's passionate about math education!

I want to help you understand mathematics learn to logically think, rather than resorting to silly tricks that you end up forgetting. I will help make math make a lot more sense, rather than having it seem like a bunch of random rules.

I have been a teaching assistant for multiple mathematics courses at the University of Toronto, which has given me good experience in teaching a variety of students and helping them improve their math understanding.

I'm open to feedback and would like to become a better teacher :)

About the lesson

I don't have a fixed teaching style. I am open to teaching specific concepts, answering questions, going through a lesson given at school, working through homework questions, etc.

If going through a lesson/question, I'll go through the it, piece by piece, ensuring that each part makes sense. We can go through many examples, showing every small step when needed. I will show you how to logically tackle problems and strengthen your reasoning skills. I will not resort to silly memorization tricks that you will forget quickly

I can teach up to high school (and even some early university) level math content.

I am most familiar with the Ontario High School courses (Calculus and Vectors, Advanced Functions, Functions, etc.)
