About Ratika
I am currently a medical student studying at the University of Sydney. I am from Canada but have graduated high school with an international baccalaureate degree which standardizes teaching worldwide; and I can also make myself familiar with the Australian curriculum. English has always been a subject I am passionate about and I would love to help someone else find that passion. Reading, writing, poetry and analyzing literature are some of the areas I would love to help out, among others as needed.

My teaching methodology is very student based. I think everyone learns differently so it is important to have an initial introduction and create a learning plan that will best suit the needs of the student. I will act as the support the student needs in order to improve their skills. I think my role is more of compass to ensure that the student is going in the right direction and guide them so that they are empowered with the skills to do their best.
