About Alyssa
Dance is a great way to have fun and exercise, while also being a positive outlet for our thoughts, emotions, and feelings. Being a dancer has helped me with my struggles with ADHD and Anxiety. I have 13+ years of experience as both a competitive dancer and a noncompetitive dancer, and while I've been through the struggles of it all, dancing comes down not to skill but your attitude. Even if you aren't a "dancer", professional or taking classes, as long as your heart and spirit is into it, you can be a dancer.

From beginner lessons as tiny humans to anyone wanting to learn a new skill or stay in shape, I welcome you all! We'll start with proper stretching and strength, followed by which area of focus you have chosen to work on. Questions are always valued and there is no such thing as stupid questions, during the learning process. You can expect a judgement-free environment.
