AsI have said, if I am asking questions, and someone doesn't answer it back, I don't tend to pick on a student and make them feel nervous in front of the whole class. I make sure the environment they are learning is comfortable for them to engage in.

I am a university student who knows multiple languages, who knows exactly how it feels to learn a new language, u know the stress and the pressure from school and family. When i am teaching, I make sure that my students don't feel the pressure, I tend to make my lessons interesting to learn while also having a calm environment, mostly importantly I don't pick on students to answer questions if they don't know.
