I focus on building your child's confidence and making essay writing simple. I don't use boring grammar drills. Instead, I teach students the exact structures they need to write high-scoring essays and analyze texts easily.
A standard lesson runs for 60 minutes. We spend the first 10 minutes reviewing feedback, 35 minutes breaking down a new skill (like constructing a persuasive paragraph), and the last 15 minutes practicing together.
I am a current university student and was ranked top of my class in high school English for 3 consecutive years, including in the HSC. Because I recently went through the school system myself, I know exactly what teachers look for and how to help students get top marks.
