About Pooja
I have a previous Bachelor of Health Studies (BHS) degree and am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN). I have two plus years of tutoring K-12 and university level students. My past experience working with children and developing learning plans has equipped me to provide tutoring. I will provide weekly progress of your children tutoring sessions via weekly reports and establish goals to meet their needs.

My teaching methods are based on the child's individual needs. I understand that each individual has differing learning styles and I strive to met their individual styles. For instance, I tutored a child whose is a visual learner by the usage of charts and mind-maps. I ensure that the child feels comfortable and driven to learn. I provide the children with weekly homework and incentives to increase their drive. I will provide the parents, weekly report cards and summaries of their children.
