About Noah
I’m a university student studying neuroscience on the pre-med track, with experience tutoring middle and high school students in math, science, Spanish, and writing. I am patient, dependable, and committed to helping students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenges.
I prepare organized, personalized lessons based on each student’s needs rather than using the same approach for everyone. My goal is to build both academic skills and confidence, while keeping parents informed about progress and areas that may need additional practice.

My lessons are designed to help students understand math instead of simply memorizing steps. I begin by identifying the student’s current strengths, learning gaps, and goals. Each session includes a short review, clear step-by-step instruction, guided practice, and independent problems to check understanding.
I work with middle school students through Algebra I, including Math 7, Math 8, pre-algebra, equations, fractions, percentages, slope, functions, and word problems. I adjust the difficulty and pace to each student, explain concepts in different ways, and create personalized practice when needed.
My goal is to make math feel less overwhelming while helping students build confidence, stronger problem-solving skills, and lasting foundations for future classes.
