About Ana
I have been tutoring students at my school for the past 4-5 years. I mainly helped students who are Spanish speaking and have difficulties with English; however, I do feel more comfortable with English. I work mainly with zoom and FaceTime so that I can teach students through visuals. I have a good understanding of Mathematics and as a student myself, I am able to understand where some students struggle on the most.

I am a University student located in the Southern CA area (originally from Northern CA). My main goal is to help those who are having difficulties with their math homework. I teach students based off of what I see they need help with. Upon meeting the student, I ask for the notes and lessons their teachers have sent so that I can teach them in the same methods their teachers have showed them. I work one-on-one with the student and can last hours teaching them, making sure that they are caught up. NOTE: I WILL NOT DO THEIR HOMEWORK FOR THEM AT ANY PRICE. I AIM IN HELPING THEM LEARN NOT HELPING THEM CHEAT.

Details
I charge $16 an hour due to the fact that I will stay on the zoom call for as long as needed. I go for as long as the student needs me and I help them with absolutely every question. Most tutors make students do one problem of each and let them go their own way. I will also spend time working with teachers (if needed) trying to understand their specific way of teaching so I can better help the student.
