As a teacher with a background in physical education I employ a hands on approach in my lessons. Communication between student and teacher is a key focus of my lessons and I believe that an inquiry based method of teaching helps students to reach there goals. Learning is an active process and students must be able to not only listen to the teacher but engage in conversation and discuss what they are learning.
