About Aldre
I am Aldré, a student at the University of Pretoria that is currently studying Physics and Applied Mathematics. In 2021 I completed my Matric with 4 distinctions with my highest being Mathematics and Physical Sciences. I tutored at workshops before to help high school students prepare for their November examinations for both Mathematics and Physical Sciences.

I believe understanding comes from working through examples of varying difficulty with the student in order to pinpoint where they are struggling with the work. I encourage the student to bring problems they struggle with so I can help them better understand the topic.
In a typical lesson I will cover the basic theory of the section and then present the student with a few examples of the work for them to work through with me, then I will give the student a few problems to try under my supervision in order to see if the student can apply the theory correctly and that no misunderstandings are present.
