About Rosie
I was a University of Oxford student for four years and I studied Classics. I achieved A*A*A at A Level (100% for English Literature) and 8 A* at GCSE. Throughout university and since graduation I have worked as a professional tutor, through both private companies and freelance.

I am a very bubbly and warm tutor and seek to bring out the best in my students through a kind and encouraging approach.
My lessons are well-structured: I begin with tests (vocabulary, spelling) and then continue with a task to challenge my student, whether that be literary analysis of a passage or translation. I set a considerable amount of homework to ensure progress.

Rosie tutored my daughter to in preparation for her English Language exam, and helped her achieve a high B (a 6) which was above all our expectations. She knew how to bring Zoe out of her shell and help her succeed. I recommend Rosie as a reasonably priced tutor.
