About Ambika
I am a graduate with a BA in Classical Archaeology and Ancient History from the University of Oxford and a GDL in Law. During my time at Oxford, I served on the Oxford Union Standing Committee, where I helped organise debates, secured notable speakers, and won a competitive debate. Currently, I am undertaking the Bar Course in London in anticipation of my pupillage at 1 King's Bench Walk, a leading family law chambers, which I secured on my first application.
With a background in Classics, Law, and English Literature, I have extensive experience tutoring students aged 8-18 in these disciplines. I have successfully guided numerous students through university essay competitions, UCAS applications, and Oxbridge interview preparation. This specialised guidance has equipped me to help students navigate competitive academic admissions processes and showcase their intellectual potential effectively. Additionally, I have worked with younger students to develop their English proficiency through literature analysis, covering both classic works like Shakespeare, Dickens, and Brontë, as well as contemporary young adult fiction.
