Hello! My name is Abla, and I'm a qualified native English teacher with a genuine passion for helping students succeed. I believe that everyone can learn English with the right guidance, encouragement, and teaching approach.
I hold both a **Trinity CertTESOL (Level 5)** and a **Level 5 TEFL qualification**, and I have experience teaching learners of all ages and abilities in both classroom and online settings. I've worked with students from a wide range of cultural backgrounds, helping them improve their speaking, grammar, pronunciation, writing, exam preparation, and overall confidence in English.
My lessons are friendly, engaging, and completely tailored to your goals. Whether you're learning English for school, work, travel, university, or simply to become more fluent, I'll create a personalised learning plan that suits your needs and learning style.

I'm a qualified English teacher with a passion for helping students build confidence and achieve their goals. Whether you're learning English for school, work, travel, exams, or everyday communication, I create engaging, personalised lessons that match your learning style and pace.
My teaching approach
I believe the best way to learn a language is by using it. My lessons are interactive, supportive, and focused on real-life communication. I combine speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation to help students become confident English speakers rather than simply memorising rules.
Every lesson is tailored to the student's goals. I use a variety of resources, including conversation practice, role plays, games, authentic materials, exam-style activities, and structured grammar exercises. I also provide regular feedback and clear explanations to ensure steady progress.
Lesson length
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, although I also offer 30-minute and 90-minute sessions depending on the student's needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Native English speaker
Trinity CertTESOL (Level 5)
Level 5 TEFL Certificate (168 hours)
Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Sussex
Experience teaching both children and adults from beginner to advanced levels
Experience teaching English in classrooms and online, working with learners from many different countries and backgrounds
I have taught students preparing for exams, improving conversation skills, learning English for work, and gaining confidence for travel and everyday life. My lessons are always patient, encouraging, and adapted to each individual learner.
