About Zara
I'm a Warwick university graduate and Social Researcher, who enjoys helping others learn. I've tutored maths for over 10 years, from 1:1 lessons to Saturday schools. I have a 100% pass rate for all my students that have taken examinations following my tuition.
I tutor because the way my teachers taught didn't always help me to learn and I realised the value of tailored support for grasping concepts and actually succeeding.

My lessons are tailored to each student's level and preferred learning approach, combining clear explanation with structured practice. Sessions typically run 60 minutes.
I tutor students of all ages, from 11+ through GCSEs and A-Levels. For these students, I typically break concepts down step by step, building up the knowledge and using past papers and exam technique as the basis of the lessons.
I assess their strengths and weaknesses and use their interests to encourage a willingness to learn, focusing strongly on ensuring their understanding.
