About Keen Lam
I am a Finance graduate from the University of Queensland, Australia. Even though my profession is in the field of Business and Finance, I take pride in my Written Mandarin skills as well as my teaching methods. I was brought up in Singapore, with Chinese as one of the main languages. I am very well-trained in terms of reading, writing and spoken Mandarin. I have consistently achieved a distinction grade in my written and oral Chinese examinations. In terms of tutoring, I have tutored many of my friends from different backgrounds for Mandarin and Finance among many other areas. All of them have enjoyed my tutoring as I explain clearly and patiently to them, repeating my explanation many times until you get a full grasp of the concept.

I believe each and every students have their own learning style (Visual, Auditory and Kinesthetic). If you are a visual learner, I would use interesting stories and pictures to help you better learn the language. If you are an auditory learner, I would be mainly explaining the structure while you listen and ask any questions you have. If you are a kinesthetic learner, I would give you lots of hands-on practice. I will endeavour to tailor the learning method to suit your needs and deliver you the best value for your money.
